To ensure you can better plan your assistance needs, here are the important dates to bear in mind:

Closure of the Acceptance Warehouse
The warehouse for acceptance of products to be repaired will be closed from 16 December 2024 to 7 January 2025 (inclusive). During this period, it will not be possible to receive products for repair. We kindly ask you to deliver or schedule your product shipments to avoid sending them during this time window.
Last day of warehouse acceptance: Friday 13 December.

Collective closure
From 20 December (inclusive) to 07 January (inclusive), HSD will observe a collective closure period. During this period, all company activities will be suspended, with the exception of remote Technical Assistance which will be guaranteed according to the following times:

• Days 23, 27, 30 and 31 December 2024: from 8am to 2pm

• Days 2, 3 January 2025: from 8am to 2pm
