Dear customer, we’d like to inform you about the organisation of Service activities at HSD during the months of December 2023 and January 2024.
To ensure you can better plan your assistance needs, here are the important dates to bear in mind:
Closure of the Acceptance Warehouse
The Acceptance Warehouse of products to be repaired will be closed from 18 December 2023 to 5 January 2024 (inclusive). During this period, it will not be possible to ship products for repair.
We kindly ask you to deliver or schedule your product shipments to avoid sending them during this time window. Last day of product acceptance at the Warehouse: Friday 15 December.
Collective closure week From 20 December 2023 to 5 January 2024 (inclusive), HSD will be closed. All company activities will be suspended during this period, with the exception of remote Technical Assistance which will be guaranteed with the following timetable:
From 20 December to 22 December: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
From 27 December to 29 December: 8.00 am - 2.00 pm
From 2 January to 5 January: 8.00 am - 2.00 pm
